Overview

Download the “Field Promax 2” app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Log in with your email and password.

• Administrators: have access to all work orders.


• Service Providers: have access to only those work orders that are assigned to them
• Work Orders are organized within timeframes for easy access (e.g., Today’s, Tomorrow’s, etc.) on the Dashboard. Expand each menu to view your work orders. Touch the right arrow to go into the work order.







• Expand the menu from the top left. Perform numerous actions, like Create Work Order, Create Estimate, Create Customer and so on.
