Delete account and User data from Field Promax

1. To delete your account and user data from Field Promax

• Contact us at info@fieldpromax.com or 888-249-9201. Only the main administrator of the account may request to cancel an account. (Note: Your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days of requesting to cancel your account).

2. Android mobile app:

• "Field Promax 2" is developed by Field Promax.
• Your location data can be deleted from your Android device: Login to the "Field Promax 2" mobile app, click on the menu and select “Privacy => Clear location data”.
• Your email and phone number can be deleted from Field Promax web application by contacting the main administrator of your company. Have the main administrator login to Field Promax web application, click on “Settings=>Manage Users”=>Select the user and click on the delete button.
• Images and documents uploaded by you can be deleted by you from within the app by going into each work order where it was uploaded.

3. iOS mobile app:

• "Field Promax 2" is developed by Field Promax.
• Your location data can be deleted from your iOS device: Login to the "Field Promax 2" mobile app, click on the menu and select “Privacy => Clear location data”.
• Your email and phone number can be deleted from Field Promax web application by contacting the main administrator of your company. Have the main administrator login to Field Promax web application, click on “Settings=>Manage Users”=>Select the user and click on the delete button.
• Images and documents uploaded by you can be deleted by you from within the app by going into each work order where it was uploaded.

4. Exporting data before closure:

• If you want to retain any records, Field Promax allows you to export reports into Excel. You can navigate to Reports, select a report, choose the date range you want to export, and then click "Export Excel Copy". PDF files like quotes, jobs, or invoices can be downloaded individually by navigating to the item and selecting "Actions > Download PDF"
