Delete Account and User Data

To delete your account and user data, you must contact us:

Only the main administrator of the account may request to cancel an account.

Note: Your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days of requesting to cancel your account.

Android Mobile App

• Field Promax 2 & Field Promax Plus: Both apps are developed by Field Promax.
• Clear Location Data: Log in to the app, click on the menu, select "Privacy > Clear location data".
• Delete User Information: Main administrator can delete via web application: Settings > Manage Users.
• Delete Images and Documents: Delete from individual work orders where they were uploaded.

iOS Mobile App

• Field Promax 2 & Field Promax Plus: Both apps are developed by Field Promax.
• Clear Location Data: Log in to the app, click on the menu, select "Privacy > Clear location data".
• Delete User Information: Main administrator can delete via web application: Settings > Manage Users.
• Delete Images and Documents: Delete from individual work orders where they were uploaded.

Exporting Data Before Closure

• Export Important Data: Export reports to Excel via Reports section. Select report, date range, and click "Export Excel Copy".
• Download PDFs: For quotes, jobs, or invoices, navigate to the item and select "Actions > Download PDF".
