WHEN INVOICE NUMBERS ARE NOT GENERATED

When QuickBooks Online does not generate an invoice number, please do the following. (This may happen during the ‘Post and Close’ operation in Field Promax).

  • Step 1:

    Login to QuickBooks Online

  • Step 2:

    Go to Company Settings (or Account Settings)

  • Step 3:

    Go to Sales => Turn Custom Transaction Numbers - > Off
