The intent of this feature is to provide a mechanism for your customers to submit a Service Request through your own website.
From the menu click on ‘Settings’ -> ‘Company’ -> Service Request. Copy the link and place it on a button in your own website.
When your customer submits a request, this information will be input directly into Field Promax and you will be notified.
