In Job Status view,work orders are displayed on the calendar by the status of the work in progress.
The Work Order has been ‘Assigned’ to a Service Provider.
A Service Provider has ‘Accepted’ a Work Order. (The service provider indicates that he/she has accepted the job when they click on the ‘Accept’ button in the mobile app).
A Service Provider is ‘In Route’ to the Work Order location. (The service provider indicates that he/she is in route when they click on the ‘In Route’ button in the mobile app).
A Service Provider has ‘Checked in’ and started the job. (The service provider indicates that he/she has started the job when they click on the ‘Check In’ button in the mobile app)
A Service Provide has ‘Completed’ a job. (The service provider indicates that he/she has completed the job when they check the ‘Work Complete’ check box in the mobile app)
