Ensure that the names are correctly spelled in QuickBooks Online and Field Promax.
After a timecard has been approved, click on the ‘Export to QuickBooks’ button.
In QuickBooks Online, run the Time Activity Employees Detail report to view the hours.
If the timekeeping data was assigned to a Project in QuickBooks Online, then the hours would also be exported to that Project.
