Customers can receive text messages to be notified once schedules are generated, or the technician is en route. You can keep your customers notified of the technician and his whereabouts through this option.

  • Step 1:

    From the left menu, select Settings - the company - Text Message Settings.

    Modify the text message template as required.

  • Step 3:

    Setup appointment reminders by hours or days

    When a work order is created, your customers will automatically receive text messages about their appointment. They will also receive text message reminders per setup.
