Click the ‘Settings’ menu and then ‘Manage Time Cards’. Check the ‘Activate Time card’ check box to activate the timecard module for your company.
Step 2:
You may now ‘Activate Time Card’ for your Service Providers by checking the check box next to their names. Once this is done, the timecard menu will appear on their mobile app.
Step 3:
Add Job Codes as required.

Time keeping : For Administrator
Step 1:
The timecard page is updated live with details of each of your service providers’ Clock In/Out and Check In/Out details.
Step 2:
Once the Service Provider has sent the Timecard for approval, Administrators can approve the timecard by clicking on ‘Approve Timecard’/’Reject Timecard’ or ‘Edit’ it if some changes are required.
Step 3:
Click on the ‘Action’ button to view all the available reports. Additional timecard reports are available under the Reports menu.
